Advanced foam production
- CNC milling & waterjet: We use both CNC machines and waterjet machines for precise foam cutting. 100% precision for perfect fit for drones, sensors, batteries, and electronics
- Welding robot: Foam welding that holds even under extreme temperatures and environmental conditions as required by MIL-STD-810
- Plastazote foam: We use Plastazote LD29 and LD45 foam as well as LD45 FR (flame retardant) which is fire-resistant. Also conductive and antistatic foam for ESD-sensitive electronics
- Fire-retardant foam: Special solutions for LiPo battery storage in compliance with transport and safety regulations
