We are continuously working to improve our delivery times and stock availability.
Nevertheless, delivery bottlenecks can occasionally occur. In this case our customers will be informed immediately.
Right to Exchange
Our customers can exchange products ordered from us within 14 days of receipt. To do this, please fill out the return form, which you will find under “Customer Service”, completely and legibly – please also include your order number and contact details.

The shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. In exceptional cases, we can offer an extended exchange period. To do this, please contact us before placing your order. After individual consultation, we will confirm the agreed conditions by email.

For all orders that are returned or exchanged within the exchange period, we cannot refund the full invoice amount. We reserve 10% of the net value of the goods for return storage costs and the inspection of the goods.

Goods that are damaged, soiled, used or damaged due to poor packaging when they are returned and that can no longer be sold as “new” are excluded from exchange.

Pricing

Our current prices including 20% VAT are charged to private individuals. If a company purchases and a VAT number is given when ordering, VAT will not be charged if the billing address / company headquarters is outside Austria.

The VAT and any applicable shipping costs will be displayed in the order summary before you confirm the purchase.

No VAT is charged on sales to people and companies outside the EU. When summarizing the order, all shipping costs that may be incurred are only displayed before you confirm the purchase.

Import duties and customs fees are paid by the customer in connection with the delivery of goods in accordance with the statutory provisions of the respective country.

Payment

Payment in advance is possible by credit card, debit card, PayPal or Klarna.
Payment on account can also be made, but our employees will check the contact and company data here in order to counteract misuse.

Your card details are encrypted during the payment process so that they do not fall into the wrong hands. We are COMODO SSL certified. All card transactions are processed in cooperation with MPay24. We also offer 3D Secure. This is an additional service offered by card issuers that provides cardholders with additional protection when making payments over the Internet.

Delivery
Our standard shipments are carried out with UPS. However different courier services such as DHL, DPD may from time to time be used to increase efficiency for our customers. Larger shipments are carried out with the appropriate forwarding agents on site.
Responsibility During Delivery

We take full responsibility for goods damaged or lost during delivery. If you find that an item has been damaged in transit, you must carefully record this on the delivery note when accepting the item.

Likewise, if you choose to return goods to us, you are responsible for the goods until we receive them safely. Please make sure to pack the returns carefully and use the original packaging if possible.

Parcels / shipments that are not picked up or accepted
If an ordered package is not picked up, we will still charge the customer the original postage and the return shipping fee. For large packages, additional freight costs will be charged according to the current delivery price list.
Complaints
If you have service complaints or complaints about one of our products, or if you want to return an item that you are not satisfied with, please contact our customer service at info@profortius.com. You have to give us your order number and we will send you a return form. If you have the opportunity to take a picture of the item, please do so. This can speed up handling. The defect or damage must be due to a manufacturing defect and does not apply to normal use or the aging of the product. Complaints about defects or damage should be made as soon as possible after discovery. As soon as we have received the return, our aim is to resolve the complaint within 30 days.
Force Majeure
In some cases that are beyond our control, we may not be able to meet our obligations in these terms and conditions. This includes: Changes in the law, government measures, industrial action, fire, flood, acts of war, terrorism, sabotage, major accidents or similar situations.
Personal information / Data Security
All personal information given to Pro Fortius Technologies GmbH will be treated with respect and in strictest confidence. The way in which we store personal information follows the guidelines of Austrian law. We promise not to divulge or share any personal information we receive from our customers. We only collect and use the information that we and our connection partners need to process your order. Examples of partners are PSP (Payment Service Provider) and banks.
Abuse / Fraud
Any fraudulent use of personal or card information will be reported to the police. We collect IP addresses to use as evidence in the event that police action is required.
